Lenny Lilja is the Chief Financial Officer for Grenadier Energy Partners III, LLC.  His areas of responsibility and oversight at Grenadier include all aspects of Finance, Accounting and Administration.  Mr. Lilja has been in the upstream oil & gas industry since 2002 working for both private and public companies.  He joined Grenadier in 2013 to assist with the transition and sale of Grenadier I’s Marcellus Shale assets.  He then spent the next seven years building Grenadier II into a substantial Midland Basin company that was successfully monetized in 2021.

Prior to joining Grenadier in 2013, Mr. Lilja spent three years with Talisman Energy as a Finance Manager in The Woodlands, TX and an Accounting Manager in Pittsburgh, PA.  He also spent eight years with Big Lake Corporation, a private E&P company in Dallas, TX, where he was Chief Financial Officer from 2007 to 2010.  Mr. Lilja received his MBA in Accounting & Finance from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX in 2003 and he graduated with honors from the University of Texas at El Paso in 1997 where he played quarterback for the Miners.
