Thomas C. Belsha Jr. is Chief Technical Officer of Business Development & Engineering. Mr. Belsha joined Grenadier in 2018 and has more than 20 years of varied industry experience in reservoir, production and drilling engineering along with serving roles leading strategic planning, reserves and business development. Throughout his career, Mr. Belsha has worked on more than 50 completed transactions including mergers, acquisitions and divestments in the Lower 48. Prior to joining Grenadier, he spent a decade in a variety of leadership positions at LINN Energy, including VP of Investor Relations & Corporate Development, Manager of Restructuring, Manager of Integrations & Data Management, Production Manager for the Permian, East Texas, California, Michigan, Texas Panhandle, Eastern Oklahoma and Wyoming assets and Senior Reservoir Engineer for the Business Development team. Prior to LINN, Mr. Belsha worked for ConocoPhillips as a Reservoir Engineer and Field Drilling Engineer for the Deep Bossier team in East Texas. He began his career at Burlington Resources as a Production Engineer in the South Louisiana asset team, were he gained significant field experience until acquired by ConocoPhillips. Mr. Belsha graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering in 2002 and is a 20+ year member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers.
